Provided construction management services for the renovation of a 10,000 square foot, historic residential building located in the Alamo Square area of San Francisco. Scope of consulting services included: entitlements and building permit expediting; multiple-prime bid management of trade contractors; construction scheduling; construction contract structuring and administration; and site inspections.
