Provided project management services to Nibbi Brothers Construction (“General Contractor”) during the programming and schematic phase of design for the renovation of an historic 20,000 square foot building located in the Mission District of San Francisco into recreational and community space. Scope of consulting services included: selection and management of project consultants; entitlement processing; and project scheduling.
