Provided program management/project management/construction management services to this private university located in Belmont, CA for the construction of new buildings and upgrades to existing campus facilities. Projects included: a 40,000 square foot, 200-bedroom residence hall; an 80,000 square-foot synthetic turf athletic field; surface parking lots improvements; campus-wide utilities upgrades and site improvements; a 30,000 square-foot campus center; a 500-car parking structure; and a theater expansion.
