Participated in re zoning and redevelopment of the South End district of Boston. Scope of consulting services included: market analysis of land use options for public land recommended for redevelopment to assist in the production of a Development Policy Plan; management of a committee of community residents in identifying goals and strategies to guide land development and encourage economic growth; and project coordination of mixed income housing developments.
