Providing project management/construction management services for the construction of new LEED buildings and sustainably designed renovations of existing campus facilities. Projects include: a new 70,000 square foot student services building; a new 40,000 square foot kinesiology complex with gymnasium, fitness center and outdoor pool; modernization of an existing 65,000 square foot fine arts building; renovation of an existing 30,000 square foot building and gymnasium for health, fitness and dance; modernization of an existing 65,000 square foot performing arts building; renovation of three historic classroom/office buildings totaling approx. 90,000 square feet; renovation of an existing 25,000 square foot Theater Arts Building; modernization of two classroom/office buildings totaling approx. 200,000 square feet; expansion of the college’s Central Utilities Plant; a campus-wide ADA improvement project; production of Campus Design Standards, and updates to the Campus Master Plan and EIR. Scope of consulting services includes: project budgeting; project scheduling; selection and management of project consultants, including architects, geotechnical engineers, hazmat consultants, LEED, Building Commissioning agents, Value Engineering and Constructability Review consultants; coordination with Building User Groups; BIM management; coordination of quality assurance reviews; coordination of building construction approval through the Division of State Architect; assistance with securing State Capital Outlay project financing; bid management; construction management; and FFE planning.
