Provided project management services for this State-funded electrical utilities project located in Redwood City, CA which upgraded the campus infrastructure, including replacement of load centers, critical switchgear and the primary underground 12,000 volt distribution system. Scope of consulting services included: project scheduling; project budgeting; assistance with securing State Capital Outlay project financing; coordination of project consultants; scope development; quality assurance reviews; coordination of building construction approval through the Division of State Architect; and bid management.
