Provided project management services for this State-funded electrical utilities project located in San Bruno, CA which upgraded a portion of the campus electrical infrastructure, including replacement of one load center and related switchgear as well as remediation of existing hazardous materials on site. Scope of consulting services included: project scheduling; project budgeting; assistance with securing State Capital Outlay project financing; coordination of project consultants; site planning; scope development; quality assurance reviews; coordination of building construction approval through the Division of State Architect; and bid management.
