Provided project management services to this to this start-up organization/tenant for the renovation and adaptive reuse of a historic 32,000 square foot aircraft maintenance hangar located at the former Alameda Naval Air Station located in Alameda, CA into a commercial brewery facility and tasting room. Scope of consulting services included: selection and management of design consultants; construction scope development; value engineering; permit processing; development of project budgets and construction cost estimates; bid management; project scheduling; construction contract structuring and administration; and site inspections.
