Provided project management/construction management services for the seismic upgrade and ADA improvements to an un-reinforced masonry building consisting of approx. 30,000 square feet of office, retail, live/work and gallery space in San Francisco. Scope of consulting services included: design/build contractor selection and contract negotiations; coordination with the Building User Group; scope development; project budgeting; project scheduling; value engineering; permit processing; coordination with owner and lenders to secure project financing; change order analysis/negotiation; and claims control.
