The San Francisco School

Provided project management/construction management services for the renovation of existing campus facilities and construction of new classroom facilities for this private K-8 school. Projects included: renovation and expansion of an existing building to include a larger library and new administrative wing; construction of a new two-story wood frame classroom building; and an extensive site improvement/playground construction project throughout the campus. This construction program involved coordination with various public agencies, multiple parcel development (including land leased from the City), extensive utilities relocation and coordination, implementation of safety and accessibility controls for construction during operations, and other complex site development issues. Scope of consulting services included: coordination of architectural and engineering consultants; permit processing; bid management; construction contract negotiation; and construction management.
