Provided project management services for the construction of the San Francisco Bay Oiled Wildlife Care and Education Center, a proto-type joint-use marine bird rescue/rehabilitation/research facility rehabilitation center consisting of a veterinary hospital with research laboratory, surgery and support facilities located in Solano County, CA. Scope of consulting services included: site analysis and selection; facilities planning and space programming; selection and coordination of architectural and engineering consultants; environmental analysis and permit processing; design management; bid management; and construction management.
