Provided project management and construction management services for a multi-building construction program located in Redwood City, CA. Scope of construction consisted of extensive site work and off-site utilities improvements as well as procurement/installation of three portable buildings for classrooms and administrative offices. Services included: scope development; cost estimating; bid management; management of the permitting process through the Department of State Architect; construction management; and FFE planning/procurement.
