Assisted in the production of a light industrial feasibility study for the community of Oakley, CA, including evaluation of existing infrastructure conditions, site analysis, market and financial feasibility analysis, and construction cost estimating. This process resulted in a series of program recommendations including land use, infrastructure improvements, financing and marketing.
