Scope of consulting services includes: management of design consultants; coordination with operations and maintenance staff; construction scope development; masterplanning and phasing/scheduling strategies to allow operations to continue during construction; value engineering; permit processing; development of project budgets and construction cost estimates; bid management; FFE planning; multiple contractor/design-builder coordination and scheduling; construction contract structuring and administration; change order analysis/negotiation; and claims control.
