Provided project management services as a sub-consultant to Nibbi Brothers Construction (“Construction Manager At Risk”) during the bid phase of this 18,000 square foot medical office building project on the Mount Zion Campus of University of California San Francisco. Scope of consulting services included: prequalification of subcontractors; coordinating production of bid documents; conducting “pre-bid” conferences; and evaluating subcontractor bids.
