Provided project management services to Skyline College located in San Bruno, CA to assist in obtaining Division of State Architect approval and performing improvements to existing portable buildings which never received the required approvals. Services included: scope development; DSA and local Fire Marshall interaction; cost estimating; scheduling; bid management; and construction management.
